當你想太多時，如何停止想太多這件事？有沒有可能，我們不需要停止，只需要學會辨別哪一個無謂的思考以及有意義的思考（unproductive and productive overthinking) . 在這部影片裡面他也提到了一個很有趣的觀念：有什麼我們會過度思考，是因為我們覺得只要我們思考的越久，我們就越能想到所有面向，但其實思考的時間不是重點，用什麼方式去思考才是關鍵。
